Role/Responsibilities

**Role/Responsibilities**:
To provide efficient and effective support for Business Continuity Managers in order to assist the business and line of business in meeting its strategic and operational objectives.
** Business Continuity & Crisis Management Team**
- Provide support to the APAC/EMEA Regional Business Continuity Managers with planning, training, exercises. Support annual processes such as Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plan annual reviews, plan consolidations, Business Impact Analysis & Risk Assessments.
- Work with the team to continuously improve the maturity of Fusion Risk Management and adoption of Operational Resilience.
- Support regional Business Continuity Manager during real events, attending crisis management team meetings, compiling situation reports, executing ENS alerts if required, monitoring incidents to closure, maintaining issue logs, attending post-incident review meetings.
- Support the Regional Business Continuity Managers delivering the variety of tests and exercises required to evidence Operational Resilience. This may include liaising with the IT DR team.
- Provide adhoc support to Americas Regional Business Continuity Managers where required.
- Ensure the department KPI s are being monitored and ensure targets are not missed.
- Business Continuity Projects: support all project based activities for projects undertaken in MCO, subsidiaries and affiliates.

**Emergency Alert System**
- Support project management elements of the Moody’s Emergency Notification System platform, including semi-annual testing, preparing training materials and providing in-person training to Group Managers and end users.
- Support On solve Platform migration and data feed changes.
- Working with On solve to resolve user issues identified during testing and attending On solve quarterly review meetings to provide feedback on the tool.

**General Operations**
- Managing GBC MINT intranet updates & Fusion/SharePoint GBC page and document maintenance.

**Project Support**
- Support for all project based activities undertaken in MCO, subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Support the organization of Business Continuity or Crisis Management presentations, including scheduling, sending meeting invitations, formatting and proof-reading presentations.
- Acquisition onboarding (new plan creation, Emergency Alert system creation/support).

**Business Continuity Filing System**
- Manage department filing, archiving within Fusion/SharePoint/Shared drives, audit annually and manage review process.
- Manage archive and record retention to ensure compliance.

**Ad hoc Work**
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Global Business Continuity Management Team.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience / Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact, advise and support at all levels.
- Accurate, consistent and concise approach with good multitasking and problem management skills.
- Previous experience in Business Continuity / Operational Resilience would be advantageous or tenure working within Moody’s Corporation.
- Ability to act proactively or reactively where the situation arises.
- Corporate experience in a customer focused environment.
- High level of proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
- Numerate, literate and articulate.
- Strong team player who thrives on working on a variety of projects and tasks with other team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to act with tact and diplomacy.
- Fluency in English is essential.
