Marketing & Sales Executive (Industrial Furnaces)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in ceramic, automotive, and allied industries.
- Communicate technical product features and benefits to prospective clients (training will be provided).
- Support the execution of small-scale client projects, from inquiry to delivery coordination.
- Travel up to 10 days a month outside Bangalore for meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.
- Represent Silcarb at trade shows and industry events.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial marketing.
- Strong communication skills in English; other Indian languages are a plus.
- Presentable, confident, and professional in client-facing roles.
- Ability to understand and explain basic technical concepts.
- Comfortable with monthly travel for client visits.
- Must be available to join immediately.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Ceramics).
- Experience in industrial furnace sales or similar technical products is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
