**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain **daily accounting entries** in Tally.
- Manage **accounts payable and receivable**, including invoice processing.
- Handle **bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting**.
- **GST, Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure **accurate GST filing, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance**.
- Assist in preparing **audit reports and tax filings**.
- Stay updated with **government regulations** related to manufacturing accounting.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Track **raw materials, finished goods, and stock movement** in Tally.
- Generate **inventory reports, stock statements, and purchase records**.
- Coordinate with the **warehouse and procurement teams** for stock verification.
- **Payroll & Expense Management**: _(If applicable)_
- Process **employee salaries, PF, ESI, and deductions** in Tally.
- Maintain records of **employee reimbursements and expense tracking**.
- **Financial Reporting & MIS**:

- Prepare **profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial summaries**.
- Assist in **budgeting, cost analysis, and expense control**.
- Generate customized **Tally reports** for management review.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Work closely with the **purchase, sales, and production teams** for smooth financial operations.
- Assist in **vendor payment processing and reconciliation**.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in **Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
- **Experience**:1-5 years** of experience in **accounting, finance, or inventory management** within a manufacturing environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- **Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**.
- Strong knowledge of **GST, TDS, and taxation**.
- Experience in **MS Office (Excel, Word) and financial reporting**.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Detail-oriented with **strong analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced manufacturing environment**.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **manufacturing, FMCG, automotive, or heavy industry** accounting.
- Knowledge of **supply chain, procurement, and inventory controls**.
- Familiarity with **banking transactions and loan processing**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
