**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage **Tally Prime** software efficiently to support the organization's financial and accounting needs.
- Handle manufacturing modules within Tally, ensuring accurate recording of processes like production, inventory management, job costing, and stock analysis.
- Generate and analyze financial and operational reports to aid decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to streamline processes related to finance, inventory, and manufacturing.
- Maintain data integrity and implement checks to prevent errors in accounting and reporting.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Hardware and Networking Knowledge**: Familiarity with basic hardware and network troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to train and guide team members on Tally operations and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in using **Tally Prime**, especially in a manufacturing setup.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certification in Tally or related courses is a plus.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
