- Build the full stack of AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
- Expert level knowledge of AWS security services
- Major incident management for P1 incidents
- Data encryption at rest and in transit
- Understanding of microservice architecture and advance troubleshooting
- Port blocking of NACL/SG/NSG using AWS native tools
- AWS services provisioning and terminating
- Patch management as and when patches are released by OEM/CSP
- Management of existing Terraform scripts and implementing changes if required.
- Provide support for deployment of new Terraform scripts on customers infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline level configurations.
- Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of monitoring, continuous integration and platform integration.- Good to have knowledge of EKS.**Requirements**:

It is mandatory to work from the customer office on all business days.
- Available to work in 24X7 rotational shifts and provide after-hours (On call) support.
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Should have good communication skills and have a consulting approach.
- Assist in developing and updating Cloud Managed services Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including creating a self-service knowledge base to enable issue resolution
