**Job Description**:
**Requirements**:

- PingFederate-L3 (mandatory)
- Identity and Access Management-L3
- Expertise in Installation/ rebuilding / upgrading / migration/patching on any one of SSO products
- OAM, Secureauth, Ping Identity, okta
- Performance / tuning exposure of SSO product
- Expertise in Authentication protocols and frameworks SAML / OAUTH / WS-FED / WS-TRUST, AWS IAM
- Experience in doing various ways of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Good knowledge of SSL / TLS /ldaps protocols
- Knowledge in certificate/Digital Signature works for data transit & certificate renewal process
- Understanding of Rest API and SOAP security protocols
- Experience in Power Shell
- Good understanding of authentication methodologies, Identity Federation and access management
- Ability to articulate problem and option for solution to different types of audience
- Work with IAM 3rd party supplier(s) and across technology towers to resolve complex product issues- Exposure to ITIL process and experience in service now or any ticketing tool
- Good Experience in tracking SLA, KPI, OPIs and reporting
- Drive service improvement & automation programs
