**Food Technologist Job description**
- Assist with the production of food products, including measuring and mixing ingredients, preparing recipes, and following established procedures to ensure consistent quality.

Operate and clean equipment used in the production process, such as mixers, ovens, and cutting machines.
- Ensure that products are produced on time and meet quality standards.

Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of products.

Assist with packaging and labelling of products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in food production or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and preparing ingredients.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
