The Garnishment Assistant is designed to support client facing garnishment team. This is an entry-level position in a fast-growing organization with unlimited opportunities.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with department Inbox (general inquiries)
- Assist with high-volume administrative tasks.
- Sort/scan department mail
- Coordinate outbound department mailings.
- Introduction to basic garnishment knowledge (order types, forms, common vocabulary)
- Communicate with internal departments and external clients/employees.
- Assist with various clerical tasks as requested.

**Marginal Functions**:

- Continued educational such as webinars, trainings and other learning and development series.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Ability to work effectively and efficiently
- High attention to detail
- Ability to meet daily and weekly department deadlines.
- Good communication skills, oral and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Self-starter able to make sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills

**Required Education & Experience**:

- Office experience preferred. High School diploma or equivalent
