*Process* - Voice process/Retention/Customer Service/Technical

*Working Days* - 5 Days Working 2 Rotational offs

*Working Location*: Spectrum Towers, Ground floor, A wing, Mindspace, Chin choli Bunder Road, Malad West Mumbai 400064:
*Skills Required*: - 6 months of in Voice/ Chat Experience Mandatory
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team

*Job Responsibility*: Solving Customer Queries on call related to phone bill and network related issues.

*Note*: *Need Immediate Joiners*

*Salary :Attractive salary based on last drawn + incentives*
