- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **E-commerce Operations**: Managing the e-commerce platform, including website functionality, product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Working with other teams like sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and manage any issues.
- **Content Creation**: Developing and managing content across social media platforms and other marketing channels.
- **Skills Required**:_
- **E-commerce Platform Knowledge**: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and identify trends to optimize marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact.
- **Project Management Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Time Management Skills**:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- **Creative Thinking**:Ability to come up with innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies.
