Recruiting for **Customer Service Executive** / **WebChat Consultant** / **Live Chat Support** | Australian Chat Process - Inbound - Chennai - (**Freshers **only).

**Work Location**: Chennai - (Aminjikarai, Nelson Manickkam Road) Landmark:

- Near Shoban Babu Statue

**Shift**: Rotational Shift & 2 days Week Off (**Rotational**)

**Positions**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle Incoming Customer Chats and collect Query Requests from Customers of the portal and report to the management
- Lead generation on Potential Chats
- Maintain and track all customer records as per the process
- Ensure all the queries and issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
- Customer Relationship Management

**Desired Skills**:

- Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both Voice & Non-Voice)
- MS Excel and Good Typing Skills
- Immediate Joiner

**Academic Qualifications**:

- Non-IT Graduates
- Any Graduates
- PG not mandatory

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
