**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate details.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule test rides, vehicle delivery, and post-sales support.
- Ensure timely communication of offers, finance schemes, and service reminders to customers.
- Manage customer complaints/escalations and provide quick resolutions.
- Track customer satisfaction through feedback calls after sales and service.
- Support in retention and loyalty programs (repeat customers, referrals).
- Generate regular reports on customer follow-ups, pending cases, and closure status.

- Qualification: Graduate / Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: 1-3 years in CRM, telecalling, customer support, or automobile sales (preferred).
