Warehouse and Inventory Personnel

1. Inventory Management
- Ensure accurate tracking and management of CCTV products and accessories.
- Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing products.
- Implement effective inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies.

2. Order Fulfillment
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders, ensuring correct items are picked, packed, and shipped.
- Monitor and ensure optimal stock levels to prevent delays in order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure order requirements are met.

3. Storage and Organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout, ensuring safe storage of CCTV equipment.
- Implement proper labeling and categorization of items to facilitate easy retrieval.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of all materials to avoid product damage.

4. Quality Control
- Inspect incoming CCTV products for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Report any damaged or defective items to the relevant department for action.
- Verify product specifications, serial numbers, and condition before inventory update.

5. Logistics and Shipping
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products to clients and dealers.
- Monitor transportation and delivery schedules to ensure orders reach their destination on time.
- Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

6. Stock Replenishment and Procurement Support
- Monitor stock levels and notify procurement for replenishment when necessary.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to assist in timely reordering based on stock levels and demand trends.

7. Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records for auditing purposes.
- Prepare and update documentation for stock movements and returns.

8. Equipment Handling and Maintenance
- Ensure proper handling and storage of CCTV equipment, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, cables, and accessories.
- Oversee the regular maintenance and calibration of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and scanners.

9. Team Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and logistics, to streamline operations.
- Communicate stock levels, delivery times, and issues to relevant departments in a timely manner.

10. Reporting and Analysis
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, highlighting stock levels, discrepancies, and product movement.
- Analyze inventory trends and recommend improvements to optimize stock management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
