**Job Description: Warehouse Operator**

**Position Overview**:
Kohli Book Distributors is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to manage warehouse operations, stockkeeping, and order fulfillment. The Warehouse Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely order processing, and optimizing warehouse efficiency. Basic knowledge of computer operations is essential for this position.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee warehouse management activities, including stockkeeping, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

2. Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.

3. Organize and maintain warehouse space to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of inventory.

4. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, following established procedures and quality standards.

5. Utilize computer systems to track inventory levels, update stock records, and generate shipping documents.

6. Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.

7. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

8. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse, adhering to company policies and regulations.

9. Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

10. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Prior experience in warehouse operations or related field preferred.

3. Basic knowledge of computer operations, including data entry and use of inventory management software.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,316.98 per month
