**1. Basic Requirements**

**2. Purpose of the Job**
- Warehouse management by providing materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff.

**3. Scope of Work & Accountabilities**
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Maintaining data for inventory cost for the warehouse and keeping a track of Running and Non-moving inventory
- Understanding of Packaging and of material and logistics for transportation.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and execution of plan.
- Continuously updating Zonal Manager and Spare back office team of the un/availability of parts.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of parts stored in the Warehouse
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Complies with state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
