As a Data Analyst at Baoiam, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to harnessing the power of data for informed decision-making and strategic growth. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end data lifecycle, from collecting and processing diverse datasets to extracting actionable insights through advanced analytics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will delve into complex data sets, employing statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover valuable patterns and trends. Your proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, will be crucial in translating findings into compelling reports and dashboards, ensuring that technical and non-technical stakeholders alike can easily grasp key insights.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students enrolled in data analysis courses.
- Develop tailored lesson plans and learning materials to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
- Provide clear explanations of complex data analysis concepts, tools, and methodologies.
- Assist students in understanding statistical methods, data visualization techniques, and programming languages commonly used in data analysis (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and incorporate them into teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and relevant programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
- Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience in data analysis or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and skill levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.) preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in industry as a data analyst or in a related data-driven role.
- Familiarity with popular data analysis tools and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.).
- Certification in teaching, tutoring, or relevant educational methodologies.
