**Main Functions, Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assess student understanding and progress
- Identify students' learning needs
- Develop personalized lesson plans for students
- Encourage independent thinking and learning
- Engage students in learning activities
- Excellent interpersonal and assessment skills
- Lesson planning and preparation
- Utilize different tools to conduct your online lesson, such as the whiteboard, websites, and other resources.
- Provide tutoring with structured lesson plans based on individual student needs and goals.

**Essential Requirements (education and experience)**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a must.
- Having a teaching qualification and/or certification is strongly preferred.
- G&T experience and/or G&T certification a plus
- Familiarity with private school tests such as ISEE, G&T tests (CogAT, OLSAT, NNAT), Adaptive Assessments (MAP and iReady), SAT/ACT, and PSAT.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Master’s Degree holder
- At least 4 years of tutoring experience or more.
- Obtained teaching certification (e.g., G&T certification)

- Will be required to work on weekends and after-school hours across US time zones.

- Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, and dependable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹700.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
