**Job Title**: Warehouse Executive

**Location**:Chhapara, Rajkot

**Industry**:Machine Precision Manufacturing

**Experience Required**: 1-2 years (preferred)

**Education**: Graduate (Any discipline)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations including material handling, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain communication with overseas employees for shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory updates.
- Handle administrative tasks related to logistics and warehousing.
- Prepare and manage records using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal departments like production and procurement for material movement.
- Assist in documentation and support related to export-import processes.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the warehouse area.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills (especially with international teams).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
- Team player with a proactive and organized approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
