We are seeking a skilled IBM BPM Trainer to join our team and deliver high-quality training on IBM Business Process Manager (BPM).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct hands-on training sessions on IBM BPM software for clients and internal teams.
- Develop and deliver interactive presentations, workshops, and training modules.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences.

**Content Development**:

- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
- Develop practical exercises and case studies to reinforce learning.
- Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest IBM BPM features and best practices.

**Software Access Management**:

- Provide participants with access to IBM BPM software and ensure a seamless training environment.
- Assist in setting up and configuring the software for training purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to software access during training sessions.
- **Participant Engagement**:

- Foster a positive learning environment and encourage active participation.
- Assess participants' progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Address any questions or concerns from participants effectively.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Gather feedback from participants to improve training programs.
- Stay current with IBM BPM updates and industry trends.
- Continuously enhance training methodologies and materials based on feedback and new developments.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM BPM certifications) are a plus.

**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with IBM BPM software and delivering training or educational sessions.

**Skills**:

- Deep knowledge of IBM BPM and its functionalities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in creating educational content and practical exercises.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Technical Proficiency**: Experience with setting up and configuring software environments. Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues related to IBM BPM.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
