Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced BPM Architect with strong Java/Python hands-on experience who is eager to transition into Appian BPM. This is a great opportunity for a technology leader to combine their software engineering expertise with modern BPM/low-code automation.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end BPM solutions using Appian (training will be provided if needed).Lead solution design, architecture, and integration with enterprise systems.Work with business stakeholders to define workflows and process automation.Guide and mentor development teams in adopting BPM best practices.Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure BPM applications.

Requirements:

B.E/ B.Tech /any graduateExperience with Appian BPM or other BPM platforms (PEGA, Camunda, IBM BPM, etc.)Hands-on expertise in Java or PythonMinimum 2 years experience as BPM architectExcellent communication skills
