Minimum 5+ experience on IBM BPM/BAW

  • Excellent knowledge of BPM concepts
  • Experience in Design, Analysis and Development on IBM's Business Process Management (BPM) tool.
  • Hands-on experience on business process development & Integration using IBM BPM/BAW.
  • Detail knowledge of IBM BAW product components & architecture
  • Knowledge of designing complex solution using Process Applications, Case Solutions, toolkits etc
  • Complete knowledge of different artifacts and ability to adopt the best combination to achieve a solution
  • Ability to identify customization needs, customize UI/coach views
  • Detail knowledge of different artifacts available to design a process / case solution
  • Ability to apply design / development best practices
  • Detail knowledge of external integration using Webservice/REST /Java/ Advance Integration Services
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with external UI application
  • Knowledge on process governance
  • Ability to identify process improvement areas, performance improvement areas
  • Good to have knowledge of Banking Financial Services domain.
  • Good to have Agile Experience
