We are seeking a skilled and experienced IBM BPM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management and hands-on experience with IBM BPM tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying BPM solutions that streamline business operations and improve efficiency.Work Location: Navalur (5 days work from office)Shift: UK ShiftKey Responsibilities & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Design and develop business process applications using IBM BPM (Business Automation Workflow).Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BPM solutions.Develop user interfaces using Coach Views and integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.Implement business rules, services, and data models within BPM applications.Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of BPM applications.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in deployed BPM applications.Document technical specifications and maintain application documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM BPM/BAW development.Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and workflow design principles.Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and RESTful services.Experience with integration of BPM applications with external systems.Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
