**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads**.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for visuals.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet lead generation and ROI goals.
- Analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated on platform changes and industry trends to maintain best practices.
- Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to align paid and organic strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of proven experience** in PPC advertising (Google & Meta platforms).
- Good knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies for the IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
