**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PEB sector.
- Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to clients.
- Use Auto Cad to review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial offers using Excel.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure project feasibility.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up on payment collections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in PEB or construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and understanding structural layouts.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for estimation and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in PEB, steel structures, or construction sales.
- Knowledge of basic structural engineering concepts.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
