About the Role
As a Senior Strategist, you will lead insight-led thinking that shapes the backbone of brand
communication. You’ll craft positioning, decode audience behavior, simplify complexity, and
work closely with internal teams to bring clarity and conviction to every campaign.

campaign roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy development — including audience profiling, cultural insight, brand
voice, and positioning.
- Create campaign strategies, content frameworks, and media journeys in partnership
with creative and client servicing teams.
- Conduct or interpret consumer and market research (qualitative and quantitative).
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, decks, and workshops.
- Keep a pulse on emerging trends, consumer behavior, and brand innovations.
- Mentor junior strategists and contribute to building strategic capability across teams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
