**Job Title**: Inside Sales - Online MBA Counselor
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Counsel and guide students regarding Online MBA programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions in CRM.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for every student inquiry.
**Requirements**:
- No timing constraints; willingness to work extended hours.
- Strong **target orientation** with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Hardworking and smart working with result-driven mindset.
- Sincere, dedicated, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi**, with no MTI influence.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work **6 days a week**.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
