Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities. Daily tasks include customer outreach, follow-ups, responding to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and customer service teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth. Qualifications - Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation - Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients - Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client needs are met - Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills - Relevant experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
