Job location: Nashik

**Salary**: 15,000-25,000 per month

Experience: Maximum 3 - 5 years of experience as event manager

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as event coordinator, executive or similar profile at weddings

Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Skills required:

- Strong portfolio showcasing successful wedding events you have managed.
- In-depth knowledge of wedding industry trends, traditions, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique wedding experiences.
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools.

**Profile Brief**

**Client Consultation**:Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and specific requirements for the wedding.
Provide guidance and expert advice to clients on wedding trends, themes, and logístical considerations.

**Planning and Coordination**:Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients.
Coordinate with vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, and entertainment, to ensure seamless execution of the wedding.
Oversee venue selection, setup, and breakdown, ensuring all logístical aspects are in place.

**Creative Conceptualization**:Work with clients to develop and implement creative concepts for the wedding, including themes, color schemes, and decor.
Collaborate with design teams to create visually stunning and cohesive wedding aesthetics.

**Logistics Management**:Manage all logístical aspects of the wedding, including transportation, accommodations, and scheduling of events.
Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event.

**On-Site Management**:Oversee the execution of the wedding on the day-of, managing the event team and addressing any unforeseen issues that may arise.
Act as the main point of contact for the clients, vendors, and venue staff during the event.

**Budget Management**:Monitor and manage the wedding budget, keeping track of expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
