Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about creativity, detail, and design storytelling. The ideal candidate will assist the design team in developing concepts, creating event collaterals, and supporting visual execution across print and digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow, learn, and contribute to luxury event design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conceptualizing and designing event visuals that reflect client vision and brand identity.
  • Create print and digital assets such as invitations, branding elements, backdrops, event collaterals, and social media creatives.
  • Support senior designers and collaborate with creative, production, and client servicing teams for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Maintain design quality and attention to detail across all assigned projects.
  • Stay inspired by new design trends, colors, fonts, and layout styles in the wedding and luxury event industry.
  • Organize and manage design files, assets, and references efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internship or agency experience preferred).
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Canva is a plus.
  • Creativity: Strong visual sense with the ability to translate ideas into attractive, balanced compositions.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of print layouts, digital formats, and design principles.
  • Speed & Accuracy: Ability to multitask and deliver quality work within deadlines.
  • Learning Mindset: Open to feedback, eager to experiment, and committed to growth.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative approach and positive attitude toward teamwork and coordination.
