**App Sales and Service Representative**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.
- **Customer Support and Service**:

- Provide excellent customer support for app users by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through app setup or usage.
- Act as a liaison between customers and development teams to report bugs, feedback, and feature requests.
- Offer product demonstrations and train customers on how to maximize app functionality.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product features and services.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new app features.
- Help identify new sales opportunities and markets for the app.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in the tech or app industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and customer support platforms.
- Knowledge of mobile apps, technology trends, and digital marketing is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
