- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment team and ensure that all recruitment processes are followed in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
- Good to have experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
