**Job Description: Logistic Executive (Customer Service Executive Role)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and resolve customer queries related to logistics and shipping operations through voice-based communication.
- Coordinate with international clients and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of shipping concerns.
- Track shipments, provide updates, and troubleshoot any logistics issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or shipping, with a focus on overseas operations.
- Comfortable working in a voice-based customer service process.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Willingness to work night shifts and rotational offs.

**Work Schedule**:

- 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.

- Comfortable handling international customer interactions.
- Resides within the designated transport boundaries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
