1.Responsible for complete export shipment planning process as per incoterms, right from cargo readiness to shipment dispatch and BOL release - from multiple loading ports in India till it reaches the destination.

2. Planning of pre shipment dispatch requirements.

3. Maintaining periodical MIS & data entries in the company software.

4. Coordinate with customs brokers & agents to facilitate the smooth clearance of goods through customs checkpoints and final handover to the shipping line/ airline.

5. should be well versed with customs, DGFT formalities and should have good knowledge of GST and LUT transactions.

6.Maintaining shipment records for accounts & audit purposes.

7.Customs visits for query solving.

Skills & knowledge:
1. Strong communication, presentation skills

2. proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Execl, Powerpoint)

3. Willingness to learn & adopt in a fast-paced environment.

4. Time management & should be able to work as a team respecting the co-workers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
