We’re hiring a **Social Media Executive** who can independently handle everything—from designing posts and editing reels to managing ads and tracking results, and also be **comfortable appearing on camera** when needed.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Content Research & Strategy**
- Research content ideas based on industry trends, current formats, and viral topics.
- Stay up to date with Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn algorithms and content trends.
- Plan monthly strategies tailored to each client.

**Content Calendar Management**
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate content posting across **Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn**.

**Graphic Designing**
- Design creatives for posts, stories, reels covers, and ads using Canva or Photoshop.
- Maintain visual consistency and brand aesthetics.

**Video Creation & Editing**
- Shoot short-form content for reels, client videos, and testimonials.
- Edit videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, or VN.
- **Must be confident to appear on camera** and create content

**Platform Handling**
- Post content regularly on **Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn**.
- Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with audiences.
- Maintain the brand tone and style for each platform.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Monitor post and page performance using platform insights.
- Share reports with suggestions for improvement.

**Ad Campaign Support**
- Assist in creating and managing paid campaigns on **Meta (Facebook & Instagram)** **& Linked In**:

- Monitor ad performance and support with basic optimizations.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in social media content creation & management.
- Hands-on with Canva (or Photoshop), CapCut/InShot/VN for videos.
- Understanding of audience behavior on **Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn**.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Creativity, time-management, and the ability to work independently.
