Attending and starting meetings wherever intervention is required

Writing correspondence reports to maintain a record of the relevant communication.

To Handle various types of proposals for obtaining necessary approvals and NOC's from Government bodies and authorities
To Liaisoning with DC, BBMP, BDA and Court proceedings and labor court and all other departments for sanctions.
Well acquainted with Central / State laws and regulations.
Renewal amendment of licenses.
Work closely with the Architects and ensure to have Construction plans as per the guidelines of the government.
Ensure no penal costs are incurred due to delay in payment of fees for permissions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
