**Job Title: Travel Sales Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding their travel requirements.**
**- Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and interests.**

**2. Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively selling travel packages, accommodations, transportation, and other related services.**
**- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.**

**3. Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and travel products.**
**- Continuously update and expand your knowledge of our travel offerings to provide accurate and valuable information to clients.**

**4. Customer Service**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing prompt and efficient solutions.**
**- Handle post-booking customer service to ensure a smooth travel experience.**

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members, including travel consultants, to create seamless and comprehensive travel packages.**
**- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special offers and campaigns.**

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in travel sales or a related field.**
**- Strong understanding of the travel industry, including destinations, products, and services.**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
**- Sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.**
**- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.**
**- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.**
**- Proficient in using travel booking systems and other relevant software.**

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related field.**
**- Previous experience in travel sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,834.61 per month
