**Responsibilities**:
1. Fundraising:
- Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate fundraising activities, including preparing
financial documents, presentations, and investor relations efforts.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to potential investors.
2. Investments:
- Aid in managing investments, including monitoring portfolio performance and preparing
investment reports.
- Research potential investment opportunities.
3. Cap Table Management:
- Maintain and update the company's cap table to accurately track ownership stakes and equity
distribution.
4. Equity:
- Assist in managing equity plans and share issuance, ensuring compliance with regulatory
requirements.
- Facilitate equity-related communications to stakeholders.
5. Taxes and GST:
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with tax regulations and GST
requirements.
- Support tax planning and preparation of tax returns.
6. Vendor Management:
- Manage financial relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and
oversee timely payments.
7. Invoicing and Financial Reporting:
- Prepare, process, and track invoices and expense reports.
- Provide support for accounts payable and receivable functions.
8. Contract Review and Management:
- Review and manage contracts, ensuring adherence to financial terms and conditions.
9. Payroll Support:
- Assist in payroll activities, including data entry, deductions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll.
10. Employee-Related Finances:
- Collaborate with the HR team to address employee financial inquiries and provide assistance
with financial activities related to benefits and reimbursements.
- Administer employee equity plans and stock options.
11. Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate finance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to management as required.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong academic background with a focus on financial management and analysis.
Relevant Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, or financial consulting roles.
- Sound understanding of corporate finance principles, investment analysis, and portfolio
management.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards. Experience with
financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and tools
- Ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or capital markets activities is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.
- Experience with financial software and tools such as Excel and financial databases.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Proactive mindset with the ability to take
initiative and drive results independently.
- A commitment to integrity, ethics, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
Work Timings:
10:00 am to 6 pm-Monday to Friday
Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
