**Roles and Responsibilities**

a**) Ensure Completion of branch and Regional targets on monthly basis.**

b) **Ensure timely resolution of Grievances pertaining to Insurance Business.**

c) **To ensure the awareness level of Insurance Products & procedure amongst the branches by One to One Training to Branch Staffs.**

d)**To motivate the staff of every branch about Insurance Business by either personally visiting the branches or by telephone.**
