**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Blog Writing**: Craft informative and engaging blog posts focused on real estate trends, technology, and market insights.
- **Brochure Writing**: Develop compelling copy for marketing brochures, product sheets, and other promotional materials.
- **Website Content Writing**:Create, update, and manage website content, ensuring it is engaging and provides a seamless user experience.
- **Content Creation**: Draft content for a variety of platforms, including articles, social media, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
- **Content Development**:Identify gaps in existing content and propose new ideas that address customer needs and enhance the company’s content portfolio.
- **Content Editing**: Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the brand’s voice.
- **Content Strategy**:Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in content development for campaigns and contribute to the monthly content calendar.
- **Brand Communication**: Write compelling headlines and content that captures and retains the target audience’s attention.
- **Research**:Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce authentic and valuable content.
- **Product Support**: Draft content for product demo videos, sales materials, and other marketing collateral.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Partner with different departments to gather relevant information and tailor content for various platforms.
- **Content Management**: Regularly update and maintain content on the company website using content management systems (CMS).
- **Public Relations Support**: Assist the PR team with drafting articles, press releases, and media announcements. **Content Development**:Identify gaps in existing content and propose new ideas that address customer needs and enhance the company’s content portfolio.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or a relevant discipline.

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in content writing, preferably within a fast-paced and multitasking environment.

**Writing Skills**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing published articles or content that highlights writing and editing proficiency.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy tailored to a variety of audiences and platforms.
- Experience writing for the B2B sector is an advantage.
- Creativity & Strategic Thinking: A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas and contribute to overall content marketing strategies.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
