Voice Process Collections - Night Shift

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as complete Voice (Collection Process) executives for our Night Shift.

**Salary - **upto 35k, also depends on your last drawn salary

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via call in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant team for resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process changes
- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and talking communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Should have atleast 24 months of International BPO experience for SSC pass
- HSC pass with atleast 18 months of BPO experience
- Graduates should have atleast 12 months if experience
