**Job Title**: Store Incharge

**Position Overview**: The Store Incharge in the college is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the college store. This includes overseeing inventory, handling procurement, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a well-organized and secure store environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.

2. **Procurement**:

- Source products from suppliers and negotiate terms.
- Place orders for merchandise and verify deliveries.

3. **Customer Service**:

- Provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff in the store.
- Address customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.

4. **Store Operations**:

- Supervise store staff and assign tasks.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and appearance.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotions.

5. **Financial Management**:

- Monitor sales and generate reports on store performance.
- Collaborate with finance for accurate record-keeping.

6. **Security and Safety**:

- Implement security measures to protect store assets.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations.

7. **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with various college departments to understand their supply needs.
- Communicate effectively with college administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic Degree
- Previous experience in store management is desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
