You support our team as

**Operator Trainee (F/M/D)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Attending the break down maintenance through internal support or through external contractors to ensure plant uptime as required.
- Conduct Preventive maintenance as per plan and report the observations to maintenance superiors.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement projects and documentation.
- To arrange for installation of new equipment and their commissioning.
- To oversee the work of contractors to ensure that all safety and legal norms are complied with
- Accurately record all data and to prepare periodic reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Should have 0 to 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing industry in electrical maintenance.
- Working knowledge of electrical equipment used in process industry, including material handling equipment, HT and LT installations and safety systems.
- Should have hands on experience in electrical maintenance; should be willing to work without assistance as and when required;
- Must possess written & oral skills necessary to effectively document and communicate technical information/ specifications to colleagues and contractors with varied educational backgrounds;
- Exposure to QMS, EMS and OSHAS systems.
