**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Trainee to join our dynamic team.

**Experience** - 0-5 years

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in daily factory operations under the supervision of senior staff.
- Support production activities, such as material handling, loading/unloading, and basic machine assistance.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and assist in routine housekeeping tasks.
- Observe and learn production processes, machine operation basics, and safety protocols.
- Participate in training sessions conducted by the company on work methods, safety, and equipment handling.
- Provide support in packaging, labeling, and dispatch of finished goods as needed.
- Report any issues or abnormalities to supervisors promptly.
- Willing to learn and take up multiple tasks as per operational requirements.
- Training & Development:

- On-the-job training will be provided by the company.
- The trainee is expected to be willing to learn, follow instructions carefully, and develop the skills required for permanent placement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
