**About the Job Role**:
Customer Services & Data Entry.
- To make sure that the orders delivered on daily basis is tagged and update the UK team on a daily basis.
- Speaking with the UK team.
- Looking at Google Maps to understand the delivery routes wherever required.
- Analysing data and send the reports on daily and weekly basis
- Must have a good level of computer literacy & have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Efficient and effective liaising with the UK team and responding to their queries.
- Oversee issues and the development of long-term goals that enhance company growth.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Successful record engaging with a high end, sophisticated audience.
- Must have a good level of computer literacy & have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Must have good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Reliable Computer with latest windows operating system and 2 monitor set-up at the Desk
- Reliable internet connection (Fiber/WiFi a must-have)

**Flexibility**:

- Ideal for individuals who want to work remotely.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
