**Achieving Sales Targets**:
Meeting and exceeding sales targets for RDs and FDs, contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Market Research and Analysis**:
Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to RDs and FDs.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred, but not always required.

**Experience**:
Some experience in sales or financial services is generally expected, but the specific requirements can vary depending on the company and role.

**Skills**:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

**Knowledge**:
A good understanding of financial products, especially RDs and FDs, is crucial.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Degree Must
- Two wheeler must
- Age below 35
- Minimum 1 year relevant Experience
- Proper Reliving or Experience letter is Mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
