**About the Role**:
**Introduction - the ‘why’**:
This is a great opportunity to join the Academic Marketing team at Oxford University Press (OUP) in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Web Operations Executive, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing OUP’s marketing web presence, contributing to our mission of excellence in education and research.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of marketing initiatives and digital tools, with the chance to work closely with global teams. You’ll be part of a supportive structure that values continuous learning, operational efficiency, and innovation in digital marketing.

**Opportunity - the ‘what’**:
In this role, you will:

- Build and edit marketing web pages using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Manage and schedule updates to ensure accuracy and relevance of web content.
- Support marketing campaigns by managing digital content and collateral.
- Provide first-line support for web content issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and journal society stakeholders to deliver high-quality web operations.

Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of OUP’s marketing efforts and ensure a seamless digital experience for users and stakeholders.

**About You**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong and proven IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in copy editing English text
- Ability to work independently and as a trusted team player
- Quick learner with a willingness to share knowledge

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience using a CMS or building/editing web pages
- Knowledge of web marketing and web statistics
