Job Title: Baker and Pastries Chef
Location: Bangalore, India

Job Responsibilities:
Preparation & Production:
Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other desserts following standardized recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all bakery items.
Develop new pastry and dessert recipes in collaboration with the Head Chef to refresh seasonal menus and specials.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the bakery and pastry kitchen.
Monitor the quality of ingredients, freshness, and proper storage to ensure all products meet the standards of Araku.
Conduct regular quality checks on baking processes and finished products to ensure consistency and excellence.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Manage inventory levels for bakery ingredients, including flour, sugar, dairy, and other essentials.
Place orders for ingredients as needed, maintaining cost control and reducing waste.
Track expiration dates and rotate stock to minimize spoilage.
Team Collaboration & Training:
Train junior bakers and kitchen staff on baking techniques, proper use of equipment, and presentation skills.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
Participate in team meetings to discuss feedback, new ideas, and menu adjustments.
Creative Development:
Stay updated with industry trends in baking and pastries, incorporating new techniques and flavors.
Innovate and experiment with new ingredients to create unique and appealing baked products.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
