The MIS Executive for Customer Support will be responsible for managing customer-related data, generating reports, and providing insights to improve service efficiency. This role requires effective communication skills, as it includes supporting customer queries and troubleshooting issues in the data system.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management & Reporting**:

- Compile, analyze, and generate MIS reports regularly for customer support activities.
- Track and report key metrics, such as response times, customer satisfaction scores, and case resolutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the MIS system.

**Customer Support Coordination**:

- Provide real-time data to the customer support team to help streamline responses and manage customer queries effectively.
- Address data-related issues, such as discrepancies in customer information or service timelines.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improving data management and reporting processes.
- Work with customer support managers to implement data-driven strategies for enhancing customer service.

**Technical Assistance**:

- Support the implementation of new software and systems relevant to customer service management.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting for database or reporting tools, coordinating with IT when necessary.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and database tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
