Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection & Reporting:

- Collect, compile, and validate data from all departments (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, etc.).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate MIS reports for management using Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
- Track and monitor department-wise performance metrics and financial indicators.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio (preferred).

2. Executive Summary & Analysis:

- Provide concise executive summaries highlighting insights, trends, and red flags.
- Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and improvement areas through data.
- Present sales performance, production output, and financial data to support decision-making.
- Generate variance analysis, forecasts, and strategic reports for the Managing Director.

3. Coordination Across Departments:

- Act as a bridge between departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Follow up on action items and deliverables assigned during meetings.
- Work closely with the Sales, Finance, Production, and HR teams to streamline reporting.
- Coordinate with IT for automation of data collection and reporting.

4. Data Integrity & Automation:

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data before presenting reports.
- Implement automated reporting tools to reduce manual errors and enhance efficiency.
- Work with IT to optimize the company’s ERP and CRM systems for better reporting.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications in MIS, Business Analytics, or Data Science are a plus.

2. Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in MIS reporting, business analysis, or data management.
- Experience working with manufacturing, FMCG, or food industry is an advantage.

3. Technical Skills:

- Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, Tally, or any industry ERP).
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in data visualization and automation tools.

4. Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to reporting.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
