About the Role

As a part of this function, the R&D Technology and Execution team designs, develops, and maintains software products and solutions, including the underlying systems and architecture. Responsible for delivering world-class products and solutions using established standards and processes in collaboration with other R&D functions and IT operations to provide continuous integration and delivery of cloud-enabled products and solutions.

We are looking for technically strong, responsible, and a passionate hands-on person for our Azure Cloud platform and integrations system testing, for defining and building a completely automated platform integration and validation environment, that gives on visualization and raises notifications on any standards deviations.

In this role you will:
- Collaborate with platform development teams to understand deployment architecture, assess related areas of risk, to help architect, configure, monitor, and support API services and perform tests on platform, end to end automation, automate integration conformance tests and perform regression testing when needed-
- Utilizes OOP principles to ensure automation framework, tools and tests are easily extendable by peers and platform integration teams- Creates and maintains shared automation libraries, and or tools to be used by other platform integration teams that helps in shift left testing- Enables testing methods for throughput, scaling and performance tests, and validation of data quality- Recommends technical strategies to contribute to the overall effectiveness and quality of testing in cloud, and to meet business needs- Tracks and communicates task progress, status, and key performance metrics. Provide performance test reports to stake holders in business unit- Communicate effectively across multiple teams, stake holders and customers.- Keep abreast of developments in automation and performance testing in cloud, practices, and technology. Independently learn, gain expertise, and then lead test implementations of new capabilities- Continually develop and improve system test processes, adding value through optimization, automation, and effective use of Azure DevOps

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor/master’s in computer science or a related technical field with 12+ years of relevant industry experience- Years of proven experience in leading test strategy for SAAS products built on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and or equivalent.- Strong development experience in one or more languages: C#,.NET, Python and JavaScript- Experience in back-end development on Microsoft Azure with core infrastructure concepts including Microservices, Web Apps, REST Web API, VMs and containers.- Experience in influencing and/or oversight of multiple teams in the successful implementation of test automation strategies while continuously promoting the adoption of new technologies, and coding design patterns for software automation.-
- Extensive experience in developing, executing, and monitoring automated test suites using MS Test, XUnit, Selenium, Spec Flow and Postman.- Experience with development tools like Visual Studio, Fiddler, Code Review, Code Coverage etc.- Experience with Build management tools like GIT, Bamboo, Jenkins, MS Test, etc, with experience in CI/CD.- Experience with development quality practices, to include debugging and refactoring.- Excellent analytical skills, open, proactive, results oriented, self-organized and self-motivated.- Proven experience of leading and coaching others- Experience with Industrial automation domain knowledge will be a plus.- Experience with DevOps and infrastructure management tools will be a plus.
